GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS<\/h3>\n

WARRANTY<\/h6>\n

CLEVER FILTRACI\u00d3N guarantees the quality of the installation components material, committing to the warranty period to repair or replace a part or the entire product in the shortest time possible.
\nThe warranty period is 12 months from the completion of the equipment in our facilities. (invoice date of completed equipment), even if for any reason the system has not been setup\/start-up.
\nNo compensation is provided for the time the system is shut down, neither reimbursed or indemnified against any expenses or direct and indirect damages incurred as a result of the necessary repairs or replacements.
\nThe replaced warranty parts will remain the property of CLEVER FILTRACION.
\nThe costs incurred from customs, transportation, or any additional expense of the part to be replaced under warranty will be charged to the client.
\nThe client will be liable for technical intervention of replacing the parts according to the current rates.
\nThe warranty does not cover, parts or repairs due to normal wear and tear on elements with a life span inferior to the warranty period, neither damages as a result of improper use or negligence from the buyer.
\nThe warranties indicated above will lapse automatically when the working and maintenance conditions established by our company are not met.
\nThe warranty will be terminated if non-original components, spare parts or accessories are used in the installation, including the filter fabrics.
\nWhatever the reason, no compensation will be provided to the acquirer for delivery beyond the contractual delivery period or date.
\nThe warranty does not cover damages due to transportation, theft, robbery, major causes, or natural disasters.
\nWarranty does not include the filtration supports neither the filtration media.
\nThe warranty for the 3rd party components will be subject to the components maker warranty policy.<\/p>\n

RETENTION OF TITLE<\/h6>\n

Clever Filtraci\u00f3n will retain title to all goods supplied by Clever Filtraci\u00f3n until all payments made or to be made as a condition of sale by the buyer have been received in full.<\/p>\n

REMARKS<\/h6>\n

All spare parts and\/or works not explicitly mentioned and therefore assessed in our proposals, are not included.<\/p>\n

All test reports provided by Clever Filtracion are only illustrative and do not implicate contractual responsibility. They are made to check filterability of the product and estimated filtering time. Please keep in mind that it is impossible to reproduce real conditions of a industrial factory in laboratory. To have comparably results, tests should be done with a pilot plant in real location, with the cost it involves.<\/p>\n

CLEVER FILTRACION does not assume responsibility for damages caused by poor installation, start-up, handling or inappropriate operator training.
