We design and install our electrical boxes adapted to the technical requirement of our customers, not just for the switchgear and control brands as well as for the type of programming.
Our projects are carried out, according to the current legislation with leading brands components that warranties the final quality of our project. The programmable automation controller (PLC) is used as a basis for the automation of the filter or installation. The touch screen is the means of man-machine dialogue (HMI) which facilitates the change and adjustments of modifiable parameters.
We offer the possibility of telecare service, a fast and reliable remote technical assistance that saves time and travel costs. We offer two types of telecare:
Analog conventional that consist in a analog modem and a RTB line or a GPRS line though an Ethernet card.

DOUBLE FEEDING
Allows the filling of the filter at low pressure and prevents breakage of plates due to plugging.
LATERAL TRANSFER SYSTEM
Auxiliary system to assist the polypropylene plates transfer of.
Compose of a transfer cart and a set of pneumatic cylinders.
Suitable for the MSN and MSH filter presses series.
The operator positions the transfer cart under the plate to be transfer and when the push button is actuated, the plate displaces automatically.
MANIFOLD
Set of valves and instrumentation use for:
– The feeding of the filter press
– The purge of the non filtered product
– The drying of the cakes
– The washing of the cakes
– The membranes inflation
– Reading of pressure, flow rate, temperature, density, etc.
MEMBRANE INFLATION
The membrane water inflation system is compose of: water tank with lid and set of inlet and outlet liquid valves, a water pump for membrane inflation, a pressure collector, a damper for collector blowing, set of valves and interconnecting pipes between the water tank and the pump.
The feeding can be done:
– Internally: Through a internal duct common to all membranes
– Independent: Plates are feed with independent external ducts to perform the blowing of the membranes.
ATEX 94/9/CE
Option to construct our filter presses according to ATEX-Directive 94/9/EC, ensuring the security of the electrical equipment and the mechanical components in potentially explosive atmospheres. Suitable for use in zones 1, 21, 2 and 22.
AUTOMATIC PROTECTION SYSTEM
Option to construct our filter presses according to ATEX-Directive 94/9/EC, ensuring the security of the electrical equipment and the mechanical components in potentially explosive atmospheres. Suitable for use in zones 1, 21, 2 and 22.
DRIP COLLECTION TRAY
Collects the drip caused by the washing of fabrics and the drip that occurs during the feeding process, it prevents that dehydrated product becomes moist again.
Installed in the underside of the filter press, the drip tray can be manual or automatic.
WASHING OF FABRICS
To ensure the proper functioning of the filter press it is important to carry out good maintenance of the filtration fabrics.
During the filtration processes, the filtration fabrics lose filterability cause by encrusted particles within the fabrics.
CLEVER FILTRACIÓN has developed an automatic scrolling system that washes the fabrics with pressurized water.
PROTECTION AGAINST CORROSIVE SUBSTANCES
Designed to protect the frame and other parts from acidic or corrosive substances and allowing the filtration of these products for long periods of time.
Parts in contact with these fluids are protected by the use of various materials (polypropylene, AISI-316, etc) according to the specific product.
